Indxr uses a fullscreen overlay to display various formats, including Audio, Video, Text and Images.

Supported Formats:

HTML Video element supports: .webm, .mp4, .ogg
HTML Audio element supports: .wav, .mp3, .ogg
Image formats: .webp, .jpg, .png, .svg, .gif, .bmp, .ico
Text: .txt

In some cases its just a matter of editing the MIME function to add support for more formats. 

Indxr should recognize various formats such as: .tar.gz, .tar, .tgz, .gz, .zip, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
